Printing havoc!

Hello!
So today has been MANIC! For me, college didn't commence until 10:30am as I do not have lessons on Tuesday mornings; my day was meant to be 10:30-11am Form/registration, 11:30-12:30pm Drama & Theatre Studies class, and then finally 2:30-4:00pm Fine Art. As you can see, I usually have a LOT of free time during the day - I usually spend this catching up on Graphics & Fine Art work as you can never do too much. However today, my Fine Art lesson was cancelled due to exams over the next few weeks, so my college day was literally 10:30-12:30. RESULT!

I ended up spending half an hour in the town centre as I had to pick up my keys (which contains my memory stick with ALL of my coursework on it) from Tom (my boyfriend, gamer, aspiring programmer and youtuber) until I could catch my next bus home. I got home at around 1:30. At 2:15 I had to pick up my younger brother from school and then I had to go to the library to print off the files from my memory stick - this is where it all goes down hill!

1. The computer wasn't displaying my files. No idea why, they were JPEGS (converted from PSDs for this reason), thus it wouldn't let me print them.

2. I then had to go to B&Q to find Matt black emulsion paint so that I can create the 'chalkboard' effect for my Fine Art installations. (Mum also bought some compost and garden stones which were flipping heavy. Of course, I had to carry them from the trolley to the car and it KILLED! Not to mention I got dirty hands with NO baby wipes!)

3. We went to Primark, a cheap clothing shop. For those of you who know what Primark is, you will understand how HOT and busy the store is. Bare in mind that I live in leather jackets ok. I was sweating!

4. We had to go to a stationary shop called The Works. This was pretty straight forward but I had skanky hands which felt gross.

5. I had to go into Boots to buy some concealer. I picked up and bought the wrong shade.

6. Off to the bank, but we accidentally deposited the wrong amount.

7. We then had to go into Argos to buy ink for my printer (as I didn't have any at home, and as I previously mentioned, the library wasn't printing my work). Argos didn't have the ink in stock so we had to drive else where to find HP 21 & 22 ink.

8. We bought the ink, came home and since then I have been doing nothing but pairing up with  my printer, scissors and glue, to the spend ALL evening sticking in tedious graphics work. OMG.

As you can see, today has been pretty stressful.
It's 21:46, and I still haven't finished sticking in graphics work - I have my uni interview on Thursday (which I haven't improved my portfolio for yet - UH OH!), Fine Art exam next week (which I still have no idea what I am doing as I am pretty behind), and my Graphics exam is the week after and my tutor hasn't seen/marked my book since we started the project.

Yep. I'm stressing out. I devote my whole time to Art & Design but it just seems like I make zero progress.

Oh damn. I just realised I need to buy chalk to draw on the chalkboard paint...
